Thursday: Club Night - meet from 6pm for a 6,30pm start at
Tynemet College.

Friday: Track session - meet from 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start at Churchill Playing Fields.

Saturday: Northern XC Champs - good luck to everyone taking part.
