The 3rd meet is fast approaching, it would help me greatly regarding organization if I knew the following:
1. Transport to the meeting - Do you want to travel in the team buses or will you make your own way there? I have 2 mini buses booked, both 16 seats. The buses will be leaving early to allow athletes who compete early to arrive in time for their events.
If I get good feedback it is possible one bus could leave earlier than the other taking those people who a) want to travel on the bus and b) compete earlier.
2. Competing in the meet - Could you please let me know a) Do you want to go to the meeting? b) Which event would you like to be considered for?
Everyone is welcome, official, competitor or supporter and it would be great to see of many as you there as possible! Please give me a call or send an email to martytel02@yahoo.com to let me know the answers to the questions! Take care and thanks, Martin.
