Summer Grand Prix - Race 2 Results and Table!

Another brilliant race last night with 37 finishers, including 7 welcome guest runners, who we all hope enjoyed the race and join the club very soon. Then you get the points for the competition!
There were 14 PB's compared to the first race last month, and 3 new age- group records set!
Congrats to Braeden Ellis for running faster than even he thought he could with a 12.56 actual clocking! Coach Barry Allsopp and all of us are proud of you!

Personal Review of SGP 2.
Pleased-Happy-Disappointed-Proud:

Pleased: to have completed the course without any problems from hamstring.

Happy: to have set new PB by 1min 14, Jayne also set new PB by about 1min 20 ( she forgot to stop her watch on the line ).Thanks to all the support on the course.

Disappointed: that when the pain of no training for 5 weeks ( hamstring ) hit in the last 400 yards I could not dig deep to make the final push for the line,Congratulations to Braeden for a great run, dont know where he came from did'nt see him then he went past so easily.

Proud: to be part of such a great club, great people, great organisation, great support.

Well done to all another great wallsend night.
